Our operational system:

It is quite simple, actually:

1. You send us the graphics you wish to be converted.
2. The first group of main responsibilities of project managers are analysing the posted jobs, distributing the work to a proper team and contacting the client to confirm that the project has been started. So;
   • One of our teams starts on your project
   • You get a confirmation e-mail from a project manager (your contact for the project) including estimated time for delivery
3. You get contacted by the project manager, inviting you to a website prepared to show you the work done for your review and critics if you have any.
4. Adjustments, if required, are applied
5. We deliver the project

Our timing:

Once your request is received by a project manager, the hour glass is turned around. You immediately receive a notification e-mail and as of that moment the project is delivered in a timeframe between 1 to 3 days.

Quality:

graphix2html has its own standards that we follow, like making sure that the markup looks exactly the same as the original design, etc. We never deliver a project unless we’re 100% satisfied with the results; nevertheless, W3C CSS and W3C XHTML standards can be mentioned among some of the worldwide renowned standards the sites we code complies with.

Non-Disclosure Agreement:

We respect and we are fully aware of the importance of your privacy. That’s why we never use your artwork on any other project, resell or give it away. We have the same respect for contact information and conversation content as well. Your information is safe with us.

Money-back Guarantee:

We provide money-back guarantee under the following circumstances:

1. If a cancellation e-mail is received from the client before the notification e-mail indicating starting of the project is sent.
2. If the project cannot be delivered in time specified in the confirmation e-mails and/or conversation e-mails between the client and project manager.
3. If the client is not satisfied with the results or services provided.
